Self-taught painter, passionate about colors and inspired by the beauty that surrounds her, Marie Claude Hamel, is an artist whose sensitivity appears in the poetry of her compositions. Unique and vibrant, her work inspires both introspection and joie de vivre.

Her works are constructions which evolve to the rhythm of the strokes of spatulas possessed by the spirit of color. Sometimes full of confidence or full of uncertainty Marie Claude builds her paintings instinctively following her emotions, torn between doubt and truth. Despite all her anxieties, the fact remains that a luminous work springs from the depths of the labyrinth of her thoughts.
